Appointments scheduled through the website
We understand. You’re busy; things come up. Please use Calendly’s reschedule function if you need to change your scheduled appointment. We prefer at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedules.
If you decide to cancel, rather than reschedule, your appointment, we will refund your appointment fee, less a 10% administration fee.
